For all returns we request customers please notify us of intention to return within 14 days of receiving an order item. The item must then arrive back with us within 14 days of us receiving notification of intent to return. Please note that we have a maximum return window of 30 days.


For goods that are not faulty, we will happily refund you when returning the item to us within 30 days of it having been sent. We understand that you may wish to inspect a product upon arrival but we can only accept an item back if it and its original packaging are returned unused and undamaged. If the value of the unwanted item brings the total order value to less than £30, then our standard postage rate of £2.99 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded unless the full order is being returned, in which a full refund will be processed. Please note that we do not cover the cost of the return postage for unwanted goods.


For items which need to be returned due to a fault, we offer a pre-paid returns service. Please contact our customer services team who will provide you with a returns label. Please always ensure you include a note with your name, address and phone number. If you would like to exchange the product for an alternative item, rather than a replacement of the same item, then we will have to ask that you pay a contribution of £1.99 towards the cost of sending the alternative choice. Goods must be received back within our return window of 30 days.
