Hi,
I'm Chris and I am happy to be a member of the Crafty Devils Design Team. I found cardmaking when I was forced to retire from the NHS through illhealth- and the rest, as they say, is history!
I live in the historical town of Alnwick in the beautiful county of Northumberland with my husband Bill and two gorgeous daughters, Carolyn (19) and Aileen (18). We also have two mad dogs, Jasper, a Cocker Spaniel and George, a Miniature Daschund, who thinks he's a Doberman.
Like most crafters, I was taught as a child to knit and embroider by my mother.
For the last five years I have taught cardmaking and scrapbooking classes for Northumberland County Council. I love to see the look on the face of a new learner when they finish their first card.
I love paper piecing and working with die-cuts and look forward to sharing some of my ideas with you.
I also design and make handmade wedding stationery.
