creating the pop out

on the fold of your square card find the centre, draw two paralel lines and cut and score with a metal ruler and craft knife as shown in the diagram.
measure the 2 paralel lines 15mm from the centre fold
40mm each, then join the 2 paralels top and bottom with score lines. This may sound complicated but it's easy.

push out the pop out

push out the pop out ready for adorning

decorate card

using the birthday set 2 sizzlits ,die cut 3 gifts in white' pink and purple cardstock.layer colours as shown and highlight with a white glaze pen.
die cut 2 hats in purple and pink , layer as shown, highlight in white and add stickles glitter in lavender.
Die cut party in white.
die cut happy birthday in pink and purple.

Attach to card as shown and add some dots of stickles glitter to highlight the words.
