Delivery
The level of service and delivery we offer is very important to us, we want you to receive the goods in perfect condition and in plenty of time.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £35.00 to most of the UK, all orders below £35.00 but over £12.00 postage and packaging will be added at the check out at £2.75 Due to extra charges to some parts of the UK we will apply a surcharge of £1.49 to the following postcodes: IV, PA, KW, ZE and HS,IM, BT, GY and JE. Goods ordered by 12 noon will be dispatched that same day.
If you are placing an order for delivery outside the UK to a country not listed in our tariffs above contact us and we will be very happy to give you a quote.
We know that sometimes you need something quickly, want something to arrive on a specific day, or be left with a neighbour. Just let us know when you place your order by putting the details in the message/delivery instruction box. If for any reason we can not meet your request we will contact you by e-mail.
